Latest Web and mobile offerings, industry trends highlight Chartwell Summit
ATLANTA – March 11, 2010 – Conventional Internet, smart phones with mobile Web capabilities and fast-growing text messaging services are facilitating a new era in customer communications, highlighted by social media, energy usage messaging and customers’ demand for ‘on the go’ service. Chartwell’s upcoming Web and Mobile Customer Interaction Summit will feature case studies from several utilities leading the way in communicating with and meeting the needs of customers through these new and emerging channels.
On April 29-30 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, Chartwell’s Web and Mobile Customer Interaction Summit will offer educational presentations and key strategies for embracing the next generation of customer care applications.
