Professional futurist to deliver keynote address at EMACS 2010
ATLANTA, May 5, 2010 – The utility industry is changing. From new technologies, new demands on personnel and emerging customer communication channels, transformation is at hand. To address these changes and provide a glimpse of customer services and programs at the utility of the future, EMACS – The Customer Experience Conference will feature a keynote address from professional futurist Garry Golden, conference organizer Chartwell Inc. announced today.
This featured presentation will launch the 13th annual EMACS Conference, to be held Oct. 25-27 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego. EMACS – The Customer Experience Conference will offer numerous forward-thinking and implementable strategies for efficient operations via case study presentations. Presenters will discuss how to maintain a customer-focused culture in a time when industry challenges are evolving rapidly.
