Chartwell introduces new Premier Members' Symposium

First-ever meeting will precede EMACS 2010

ATLANTA – May 26, 2010 – Chartwell analysts will discuss industry trends, exclusive research findings and exchange ideas during the first-ever Premier Members’ Symposium, Chartwell announced today. 

This special user’s meeting will be held Oct. 25 in San Diego just prior to Chartwell’s EMACS 2010 – The Customer Experience Conference.    

“The pre-EMACS meeting is an excellent opportunity for Premier Members to interact with Chartwell analysts,” said Dennis Smith, Chartwell’s vice president of research and information delivery. “Attendees can weigh in on future research and learn how to best leverage their membership to get results for their organizations.” 

Complimentary to all Chartwell Premier Members, the symposium allow participants to:

  • Hear directly from Chartwell analysts about strategic industry developments, and get answers to pressing questions
  • Weigh-in on future research
  • Process ideas with the largest gathering of Premier Members 
  • Gain a clear understanding of how Chartwell research can help bolster results within each organization
  • Maximize the investment of the Premier membership by allowing attendees to play an active role in shaping Chartwell deliverables

The Chartwell Premier Members’ Symposium will be held from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to attend EMACS, which will start later that day. The EMACS kick-off session will include a welcome address from Host Utility San Diego Gas & Electric, an address from futurist Garry Golden, presentations by the 2010 Best Practices Award Winners, followed by the opening night reception in the exhibit hall.
