Marketing Energy Efficiency Award deadline extended to March 10
 
ATLANTA -- You and your team can now earn well-deserved recognition for your efforts in marketing and communicating energy efficiency! The winner of Chartwell’s Best Practices Award for Marketing Energy Efficiency will not only receive a beautiful glass trophy for display in your offices but be recognized throughout the industry and in their service territory through:
 
·         Recognition and a presentation at our upcoming summit on Marketing Energy Efficiency programs
·         A feature article in the Best Practices for Utilities & Energy Companies newsletter
·         And, Chartwell will work with the winning utility’s communications staff on releasing news of the award to local news outlets and industry media.
 
The Chartwell Best Practices Award for Marketing Energy Efficiency will honor results-oriented marketing or communications campaigns aimed at improving awareness of energy efficiency in general or promoting specific programs, products or services aimed at improving energy efficiency among any customer group. The 2009 Chartwell Best Practices Award is open to entrants from any size electric, gas or combination investor-owned, government-owned or cooperative utility in North America. Vendors and consultants aiding utilities in energy efficiency endeavors may also enter specific utility programs with permission from the utility involved.
 
The award winner will be announced and asked to present at The Chartwell Best Practices Summit on Marketing Energy Efficiency Programs, April 23-24 in Orlando, Fla.
