Presentation Proposal

Do you have an interesting case study to share with utility industry peers? Chartwell is welcoming proposals for our 2010 event year from utilities, energy companies, related partners and solutions providers.

In addition, please send us your recommendations for speakers who could deliver a presentation of interest to a group of utility professionals. Chartwell welcomes proposals that:

	Explore new directions in the utility industry;
	Examine best practices related to outage communications, smart grid, IVR and speech analytics, and other utility-related areas;
	Consider important environmental, social, and political guidelines that affect the regulatory environment;
	Share new insights, research findings and strategies in bill presentment and payment, serving low-income customers, and other challenging areas;
	Address challenges faced, lessons learned and planned future improvements.
