Chartwell Summit to highlight latest trends in online bill pay adoption

ATLANTA – Chartwell announces its Best Practices Summit on Bill Presentment and Payment will be held Nov. 5-6 at the Embassy Suites Olympic Park in Atlanta, Ga. and will feature presenters highlighting the latest trends in customer adoption of online bill-pay services.

Highlights of the summit agenda include a keynote presentation from Chris Bond of Portland General Electric focusing on driving utility customers to online billing and payment options; an exclusive Chartwell data presentation on trends in Web-based bill presentment and payment automation and adoption; and a panel on launching, enhancing and promoting billing and payment options featuring APS, Consumers Energy and Portland General Electric.
